Evaluation of community support programs for individuals with cognitive disabilities and FASD

This project evaluated two initiatives to support individuals with cognitive disabilities in Saskatchewan, including the Cognitive Disabilities Strategy (CDS) and four community-based support programs.

Goals / Outcomes: The purpose of the evaluation was to describe each of these five programs and how they are perceived by staff, clients and other service providers. A final report outlined the strengths, challenges and impact of each program, and suggestions for enhancing effectiveness.
